Refund policy


The deadline for making changes is up to 10 days from the date of purchase. The change ticket must be presented. We change all our pieces as long as they are in perfect condition -just as they were sent- and with their corresponding packaging. Erre does not accept changes of pieces with clear signs of having been used. Erre will not be responsible for damage to packages sent for exchange until we receive the package, so it is recommended to use safe and traceable transport during return. If you wish to exchange a part, shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
